BELL 的規範

a.基本面 (general.)

1. 貼美圖。
2. 不要讓人太難堪。
3. 對自己的行為負責。
4. 在SERVER能力許可的範圍內應用。
5. 借貼圖可以的話留下用途、貼到哪裡去(URL)，將是一個好習慣。
   
6. 管理者可以刪文跟圖，記住這點。
   

a10.附加 (additional.)

1. 稍微H的，稍微暴力的，可以接受。
2. 曖昧不明的圖，將會以成人的標準來判斷。
3. 如果以電視比喻的話，本站是大夜節目，而一般站是十點檔。
4. 自繪圖只可貼自產圖，掃描版權物不算自產圖。
5. 低調。
   
6. 除非有必要才貼上公共空間。
   

b.用語 (terms.)

1. 時區：本站時間顯示是台灣地區時間。
2. SERVER：主機設置在Atlanta市，效能普通。除了使用者當地法律之外，使用者也需遵守SERVER所在地的法律。

c.禁止 (prohibition.)

1. 戀童癖、虐童、獸姦等，這大概只有水星伺服器才能接受。
2. 大量連貼廣告或垃圾訊息。
3. 尋愛、一夜情、網愛等。
4. 張貼病毒或木馬等有害程式連結。
5. 張貼個人資料、姓名電話住址...等。
6. 張貼露骨描述的色情圖片。
7. 做出很笨又讓其他人惹上麻煩的事情。
